Electrical linear type blow molding machine is a high speed automatic PET blower designed and developed with the most advanced bottle blowing technology. Machine equipped with preform auto loading system,works fully automatically with consistent performance and high speed ,without any operators interference during the whole process. Machine is used to blowing PET preforms like drinking water bottle,beverage bottle,edible bottles,medical plastic bottles. Machine speed we have 500-24000BPH. Different speed match different machine model.

- Advanced PLC control system, light and simple touch screen control panel, accurate control.
- .Machine unique heating system adopts infrared lamps to control the heating temperature accurately, and has strong penetrating power.
- The unique air storage device will be divided into three steps; action, pre-blowing, and blowing are each equipped with a separate air storage tank to meet the needs of different air pressure.
- The cooling system can achieve the ideal cooling effect, which can ensure that the bottle mouth will not be deformed by the influence of infrared light.
- The actions are all driven by cylinders and servos without using oil pumps, so there is no pollution.
- Each action has a safety self-locking device. When the action fails, the machine will automatically return to a safe state.
